Playoffs

The top eight teams will go to the playoffs.

Trades

All trades must involve at least one player or one draft pick from each person involved in the trade. More than two people may be involved in a trade.  The commissoner has the final say on the acceptability of trades. The input of other managers is accepted and encouraged.

If there is a trade involving three or more people, then the trade will be posted on the team message boards. All teams involved should confirm with the commissioner that they wish to make a trade that involves more than two people, to avoid confusion.

Draft picks may be traded, and the people involved in the trade must each confirm to the commissioner the round and year of the draft picks being traded. Future draft picks may not extend any longer than the next two drafts.

All trades must be comlpeted before the start of the 12th week of the NFL season.

Keeper Players

You must keep 7 players at the end of the year. You may not drop any players on the Yahoo! No-Cut list unless there are special circumstances for that player (season ending injury, failed drug test, other suspensions, etc.).

All dropped players will entered into the following year's draft.

Vulture

Every team will have the oppurtunity to take a player from another manager's team at each year's draft. The team in 12th place will pick a player from any team. Once a team has been selected from, that team can no longer be "vultured" from. This continues until the top team has picked form the only remaining team.

Draft

The draft will consist of free agents from the previous year, cut players from the previous year, and new NFL rookies. Draft order will go by the playoff results for the top 8 teams and by the regular season for the bottom 4. This is done to avoid the bottom 4 teams from losing on purpose in the "Toilet Bowl" playoffs.

We will snake the draft, meaning the person who picked last in one round will pick first in the next round.

Changes

Changes may be discussed year around, but no major decisions will be made during a season, unless the issue involves that year. We will have a meeting at the end of the year to discuss changes for future seasons. Most changes will not effect the following season, but the next (2008 decision will effect the 2009 season).
